While you're waiting for Vivid Sydney to start, I've found somewhere for you to visit. You must have watched the Titanic movie at least once right? Have you ever wondered what it's like to live dat posh lyf in the early 20th century? Then this is the event for ya! Visitors will receive a boarding pass containing the details of an actual passenger,  come face to face with an actual iceberg,  experience spectacular recreations, including the grand staircase,  experience over 300 artefacts dating back over 100 years and memorabilia from the blockbuster film.  The exhibition culminates in the Memorial Gallery, where visitors learn their chosen passenger’s fate on the cold early morning of April 15, 1912. From Friday 26 May to Saturday 17 June 2017, t he multi-award-winning winter festival of light, music and ideas returns to illuminate Sydney with exciting new precincts to explore. Vivid Sydney is a unique annual event of light, music and ideas, featuring an outdoor 'gallery' of extraordinary lighting sculptures, a cutting-edge contemporary music program, some of the world's most important creative industry forums and, of course, the spectacular illumination of the Sydney Opera House sails. Buckle up your belts y'all. It's #festivalfriday and today I'm gonna be guiding you through Australia's largest annual ticketed event *drum roll pls* SYDNEY ROYAL EASTER SHOW .  Every Easter, the country and city join together at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, for 14 days (6 - 19 April 2017) of agricultural competitions, animal experiences, live entertainment, carnival fun, shopping and much more. If you've been in Sydney for a while you most probably have visited the Show at least once, OR saw a bunch of kids holding showbags in the train station.
