The Grounds Of Alexandria Cafe

Today’s post will allow you to explore and learn a bit about one of my all-time favourite cafes in Sydney called The Grounds of Alexandria. Most people living in Sydney would have at least heard about this place or visited once in their life because of how popular it is! ‘The Grounds’ is designed to feel like a natural home garden with plants and flowers as well as stables for horses/pigs/sheep. The café serves a wide range of food including breakfast (eggs benedict, pancakes, bruschetta) to lunch (pasta/burgers) . To top it all off they have the most unique and creative drinks available to fill up your belly and make you want to crave some more food. The best one being their iconic ‘red velvet’ milkshake which incorporates the basic taste of red velvet cupcakes along with other creamy goodness to deliver mouth-watering delights to the customer. The waiters and waitresses are extremely kind and welcoming as well which makes you feel really welcome. The only thing I would say I disliked about this café is the wait time as the average que is 40 minutes which can be a hassle. Also, the prices are average , however , I wouldn't say they're considered as 'cheap' as the lowest price starts at the $20 range for a milkshake . However, if you’re in Sydney, you have to tag along with your friends or family and visit ‘The Grounds’ because trust me it’s a place that is absolutely worth it.

Location: 7a/2 Huntley St, Alexandria NSW 2015
